TEAM LEADER
Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging (DEI) is the leading souvenir imaging provider to theme parks, water parks, resorts and leisure attractions. DEI serves as an ‘exclusive operating partner’ providing end-to-end infrastructure for imaging solutions. Our aim is to help attractions provide memorable keepsakes whilst growing imaging revenue. Our presence spans across UAE, USA, Canada, UK, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Kuwait and Maldives. With over 2,500 trained professionals working in more than 300 partner sites worldwide, we ensure exceptional guest service.
Requirements:
- Male or Female
- 3-5 years’ experience in retail or related operations as a supervisor or line staff
- Prefer university or college graduate
- Excellent command of written/spoken English, computer literate, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent problem solving skills.
- To be placed at Bali, Indonesia
- Must be willing to work in operational working hours/shifts schedule
- A self-motivated fast learner
- Flexible and adaptable
- Has a pleasing personality, and a positive outlook
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- An extrovert who does not mind striking up conversations with complete strangers
